The class will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Diamond Springs Memorial Hall, approximately 41 miles east of Sacramento. The cost is $45 for adults. Students 16 years and younger are free, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Lunch will be provided by the Pacific Coast Hunter Education Instructor Association for a $10 donation.

Space is limited and participants must register in advance at www.dfg.ca.gov/huntered/advanced/bear.aspx.
