Woman River Camp operates Bear Management Areas totaling over 25, 700 hectares (63,500 acres) accessible only by remote logging roads. To provide excellent service, a professional hunt, and properly manage our hunting area, we limit the number of hunters per week to 8 with a total not exceeding 16 per season. This keeps our bear population in great shape with an excellent gene pool producing some large bears as well as bears with very nice colour phases.
